Location. Would not recommend to anyone. Bad facility. The desk clerk was nice but some times hard to find.
Manager worked hard to correct room problems. Upon arrival, the room was dirty and the shower would not work. 2Nd day, room was clean and shower repaired. Bed was one of the worst I've ever slept on.
Rooms were large.
One night the shower above us was so noisy for at least and hour between 10:00 and 11:00 that we could not sleep. The pipes were vibrating and makind loud noises. We left a day early. We were told we could not get a refund but we left anyhow. We come to St. George everu year for the Huntsman. Never again we will stay at this hotel.
Room was spacious, beds comfortable, showers were good - nice hot water, did not use the pool and left before office opened so not sure if coffee or breakfast was served, would stay there again if out West.
lack of cleaness in the area
It was clean. The bed was comfortable. We just needed a good night's sleep and got it. Booked a Queen and got a King. No bed bugs. If you're traveling on a budget, this is the place.
It was in a convenient location.
It was grungy. The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them, the hand towel in the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close all the way, the walls looked like they had been remodeled but you could see old nail holes and patches. All the rooms were supposedly supposed to be non-smoking but ours reeked of smoke-to the point that after trying to sleep in the un-breathable air for 4 hours we just got up and left.
Room was clean, location good, price good. An extra towel and a coffee pot would have been nice. The staff was congenial and helpful when I asked. Overall, a pleasant stay for my needs. Thanks.
I like coffee when I get up and a floor mat when I get out of the shower. Neither was in the room when I arrived. A small coffee maker would have been a nice touch. The staff was congenial and helpful.
No best. But I did get billed from economy lodge and the sands they never put the money back on my card
I did not like anything about my stay and would not stay here again even if I was broke and had no money. I would sleep in my car if there were no other hotels in the area.
Always remember that you get what you pay for. The bed was on a home built plywood frame and was not even built to the correct dimensions for the box springs/mattress . The tile and grout was not professionally installed. The bed was clean or I would have gone to another hotel. I only stayed one night and had an early flight the next morning. I still would not stay again. I would find another budget hotel.
It was the least expensive hotel on the night I stayed.
This is coming from someone who always stays in low budget hotels. It was seedy. I didn't want to take my shoes off or touch the bathroom door. The blinds were torn up. The walls were very thin. It was generally uncomfortable to be in the room. It took 30 minutes to check in, and then I was charged more than the rate Booked.net gave me.
I am always looking for the lowest price because of my single income and this motel greatly served its purpose. It seemed like it had been newly remodeled. I was surprised to see 2 queen beds that were several feet apart and that each bed had their own TV--a bonus! The spacing was very large. It had a table and chairs and refrigerator.
The only thing I missed was Kleenix and a lamp and night stand by my bed. The other bed had a night stand and lights. These are very minor problems. The price was well worth the stay. To offer the low price they must cut out Kleenix & a hair blow dryer. I forgot to see if there was an iron because I didn't need it.
Room was very large and spacious. Location was good.
Facility is old but, clean. It is fine for a one night stay where you spend little time at the hotel. It had a small fridge and microwave. The TV was small and old.
I booked this room because it said wifi anywhere on the facility, however I had no signal in room 116! I need wifi where-ever I stay so I'll not be returning to this motel! RB
the rooms were spacious, location was good
the rooms were not very clean, bed linen seemed not to be changed
